Another week, another bridge hack. We also had a major blockchain pause itself for the first time (muh decentralised). What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger… r-right?

1. Why IBC?

In light of the bridge hack yesterday, this seems like an appropriate read.

3. Introducing ERC3525

There’s a new smart contract standard in town.

4. Borrowing stables alpha

You can use DefiLlama’s lending optimiser dashboard to find borrowing routes for stables. 0xngmi drops the alpha.

This is huge but I never see people talk about this. If instead of borrowing USDC directly, you borrow some shady stable and then swap to USDC, you likely get better rates and a potential huge payout if it depegs. A thread on how this works
