Welcome to the alpha please newsletter. I curate five alpha tweets every Friday; that’s it, that’s the newsletter.
2 hacks in the space of a week, Pelosi’s flight being obsessively tracked by crypto degens, L2 szn heating up...this space is so unpredictable. Wouldn’t have it any other way though…

CLG’s pithy yet informative thread summarises the new features of Chainlink Keepers which will enable developers to create more advanced smart contracts.
2. EthPoW thoughts
Marc’s sobering thoughts regarding the Eth fork is a reminder for everyone to do their homework, particularly when there’s a monumental upgrade on the horizon. Time to reflect on what The Merge means for each of your beloved projects.
3. Cosmos vs Polkadot

4. Optimism Szn
Optimism season is underway. This feels like DeFi summer all over again, attested by our clear lack of sleep. OP Whales summarises where some of the allocations can be found.
5. Generative art as a defining movement
Generative art will gather steam according to Teng. His thread and subsequent discussion serves as food for thought when evaluating how to position yourself in the NFT market.
@alpha_pls tweet of the week
With the wallet hacks and confusion around the root cause, the timing of Aylo’s Solana thread was comical. But, the thesis still stands. We now know the hacks were nothing to do with the blockchain, and if anything, Solana building a crypto phone makes more sense than ever. Reassess your bias and have a read anon.
